Our pro-level full motion flight simulator has fully simulated 737 systems allowing for startup, shut down, and emergencies to be realistically simulated. In fact, we're the only true full motion jet simulator in South West England.
With an 18-speaker immersive audio environment (that places all the sounds and vibrations at the right places in the cockpit), 8 extremely powerful computers this is the most convincing simulator you can fly outside only the newest airline training centres. With its up-to-date visual graphics, this simulator is more convincing than many of those too.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will they have the cockpit to themselves?
Yes, they'll be at the controls the whole time alongside one of our highly experienced pilot instructors.
Can I be in the cockpit too?
Yes! there is no charge for them bringing a friend who can sit in the jump seat, we recommend limiting the cockpit to three people-including the instructor.
Will they have control of the simulator for all of their flight?
Yes! But with the assistance of one of our pilot instructors. If they have any experience flying that'll help, but it isn't necessary.
Is the simulator really "full motion"?
Yes, this is a true full motion simulator capable of accelerating you at over nine metres per second, per second in all six degrees of motion. There's very little difference between what you feel in the sim and a real 737!
Where can they fly?
From / to any current airport. Our flight simulation software has a database of over 24,000 airports, although some airport and scenery areas are more detailed than others.
What happens during the flight?
There is no limit to what they can do during the flight: take-offs, landings, circuits, bad weather, engine failures, even stalls, all in complete safety of course. Just let us know what they'd like to experience, and we'll tailor their time in the sim so they can get the most fun out of it.
