Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have the cockpit to myself?
Yes, you'll have the sim to yourself (and your guest if you choose to bring one). You'll be at the controls the whole time.
Can I share the experience with friends or family?
Yes! there is no charge for bringing a friend who can sit in the jump seat, we recommend limiting the cockpit to three people-including the instructor.
Will I have control of the simulator for all of my flight?
Yes! But with the assistance of one of our pilot instructors. If you have some experience with flying or flight sim games you will probably be in control of the sim for the whole time.
Is the simulator really "full motion"?
Yes, this is a true full motion simulator capable of accelerating you at over nine metres per second, per second in all six degrees of motion. There's very little difference between what you feel in the sim and a real 737!
Where can I fly?
From / to any current airport. Our flight simulation software has a database of over 24,000 airports, although some airport and scenery areas are more detailed than others.
What happens during my flight?
There is no limit to what you can do during your flight: take-offs, landings, circuits, bad weather, engine failures, even stalls, all in complete safety of course. Just let us know what you'd like to experience, and we'll tailor your time in the sim so you can get the most fun out of it.

This has to be the BEST sim experience ever.
I've flown a 737-200 sim at Luton (Britannia), another 737 in Yorkshire and a -800 at FSM Coventry.
This is a simply amazing six axis, full motion sim.

A 60 minute full motion flight simulation flying a 737 turned out to be the best ever birthday present for my husband. He was like a child at Xmas flying in a loop doing take-offs and landings from Cardiff, Bristol, Kephalonia and Hong Kong.

Absolutely amazing experience, spent an hour in the simulator experiencing take offs, landings and attempting to navigate around Gatwick Airport! The motion of the simulator makes it a very realistic flying experience. Romek was brilliant and very patient with my slightly erratic flying skills. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon!

Had a brilliant visit to Jet-Ex yesterday. Romek was a brilliant tutor and the simulator is a very very real allistic experience. Flew three circuits around Dublin Airport and managed to land on the third circuit which was enormously satisfying. If your looking to do something out of your comfort zone this is for you once your behind the controls you’ll forget you’re in a simulator.

Our Full Motion Simulator
Our pro-level full motion simulator has fully simulated 737 systems allowing for startup, shut down, and emergencies to be realistically simulated.
With an 18-speaker immersive audio environment (that places all the sounds and vibrations at the right places in the cockpit), 8 extremely powerful computers this is the most convincing simulator you can fly outside only the newest airline training centres. With its up-to-date visual graphics, this simulator is more convincing than many of those too.
